Youth Development
Sports is one among our most successful community engagement projects that brings together youths from all walks of life to an enterprising platform for networking. We are committed to empowering youth because we recognize the fact that a healthy youth will create strong partnerships and open up meaningful opportunities for community development.

Milestone in Youth Tennis & Football
Tanzania’s tennis landscape joined in the festival to mark 21 years of the annual BQ Open Junior Tennis Tournament that brings together over 250 youth to a competitive and interactive tennis tournament every year. At the same time, the BQ Contractors Youth Football Team celebrated 18 years of existence this year. We have set benchmarks for youth engagement in sports as a catalyst for academic growth. Our involvement has seen more youth discover new ways to create a positive social change.
